Privacy Policy

This policy is a draft and is being reviewed by a lawyer. It may change before the public launch.

1. The short version

We do not ask for your name, email or password to use Skyrise Launch.
We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase. Never share them with anyone.
Most of what we keep is already public on the Solana blockchain.
We do not sell your information and we do not run ads.

2. What we collect

Wallet addresses. The creator wallet you enter, and the wallets that send payments for launches, Boosts and Pot gifts. Wallet addresses are public on the blockchain.
Coin details you submit. Coin name, ticker, logo and fee choice. These are made public when you launch.
Payment records. The payment signature, amount and time, so we can confirm you paid and finish your launch.
Technical data. Your IP address and basic request information. We use it to block abuse and limit how fast one person can send requests. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.

We do not use advertising trackers, and the app does not set tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

To create your coin and pool, confirm payments and show coins, Boosts, leaderboards and Pot picks on the site.
To pay holder rewards to wallets that hold coins.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to follow the law.
To fix problems and answer support requests.

4. What is public and permanent

Anything written to the blockchain or IPFS is public and permanent. This includes your coin's name, ticker and logo, and transactions from your wallet. We cannot delete or change it, even if you ask.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run the site, and they may process data for us:

Solana network and RPC providers, to send and read transactions.
Pinata and IPFS, to store coin logos and details.
Our hosting provider.
Your own wallet app, such as Phantom, if you connect it.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users.

6. How long we keep it

We keep launch and payment records for as long as we need them to run the service, handle disputes and meet legal duties. Blockchain and IPFS data stays on those networks.

7. Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete off-chain records we are not required to keep. We cannot remove anything from the blockchain or IPFS. Contact us using the details below.

8. Children

Skyrise Launch is only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Security

We keep the treasury wallet's key off our server and use a separate small wallet for launches. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise total protection.
